This guide aims at helping large enterprises and SMEs to position and establish an environmental communication policy. It gives basic knowledge on how to enter into dialogue with the professional contact persons involved (the media, organisations, local authorities...).

methodology to carry out a survey and to implement communication measures:

  • identify the company's environmental impacts,
  • identify the internal and external target groups,
  • the target groups' perception of the impacts,
  • perception of environmental measures already conducted,
