This compilation is intended for institutional partners (Regional Councils, regional agencies, Chambers of Commerce (CCI), French Regional Board for Industry, Research and Environment (DRIRE), French Agency for the Environment and Energy Management (ADEME), professional organisations...). It aims at supporting them in organising collective projects based on successful experiences. Additionally, it is intended for those who want to evaluate the degree of environmental awareness in their departments and regions.

This handbook consists of several individual sheets (one sheet for each action), completed with an introduction and a closing summary. The introduction takes up the context and the methodology, used for the recording of the actions. The summary takes stock at national level by drawing the principal conclusions (objectives, budget, financing sources and the financial stake demanded from the companies, difficulties, success factors). The projects involved more than 2000 French companies from all industrial branches.
According to their scope, the projects are subdivided into five types: education, training, diagnosis, management systems and clean technologies. An index according to type, region and name of the action allows to quickly find the information in demand.
